Proemploie is hiring an HR Trainer to design and deliver training programmes for our client companies' teams and managers — from onboarding modules to leadership, compliance and soft-skills workshops.
Responsibilities
- Design training content adapted to each client's needs
- Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions
- Evaluate training outcomes and suggest improvements
- Support managers on people-development and coaching topics
- Contribute to Proemploie's growing training catalogue
Must have
- Degree in HR, education or a related field
- Proven experience designing and delivering professional training
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluent French
Nice to have
- Experience training on labour-law or compliance topics
- Comfortable working across a diverse, multi-sector client base
- Working knowledge of English
